HOK London office is the first office space that established by the U.S. Green Building Council, the LEED Green Building Rating System is a voluntary international standard for developing high-performance, environmentally conscious buildings and interior spaces. This 20,000-square-foot building has achieved LEED Commercial Interiors (LEED-CI) Gold certification, the most recent of the architectural design firm’s 11 LEED-certified offices.

The new residential Eco-tower

The sleek 24 storey residential building is wrapped with coloured panels on 2 sides, which provide not only solar shading but also the electrical power from embedded photo voltaic panels and solar water heating. The new residential Eco-tower, called Silvertree was designed and planning drawings recently submitted by Studio RHE.
